Prior to initiating any services or programs with LHM, completion of the intake process is mandatory. This step is essential to ensure the proper commencement of your programs. The intake fee of $85 is required to be paid in full prior to the commencement of any services or programs.

• Spiritual Life Coaching Sessions: Professional, one-on-one guidance aimed at empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential while fostering inner well-being and personal growth.

A life coach is a professional who helps individuals achieve their personal and professional goals by providing guidance, support, and accountability. Life coaches use various techniques and tools to help their clients identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and create actionable plans. The life coach-client relationship is typically more structured and goal-oriented than a mentoring relationship.

• Mentoring Sessions: Expert, individualized guidance designed to empower individuals to reach their fullest potential while promoting holistic well-being and facilitating personal development.

A mentor is an experienced and trusted advisor who provides guidance, support, and advice to a less experienced person, known as a mentee. Mentors typically share their knowledge, skills, and experiences to help their mentees grow and develop in their careers or personal lives. The mentor-mentee relationship is often long-term and involves a deep, personal connection.

Session Recordings: Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes. However, these recordings will be kept confidential and only used internally.

2. Respectful Interaction:

Communication: All communication should be respectful and considerate. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or derogatory comments will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

Feedback: We welcome constructive feedback. Please share your thoughts and suggestions in a respectful manner to help us improve our services.

3. Session Guidelines:

Booking and Cancellations: Please schedule your sessions in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

Punctuality: Arrive on time for your sessions to make the most of your time and to respect the schedule of other clients.

Commitment: Engage fully in the process and be committed to your spiritual growth. Consistency and participation are key to achieving positive results.

4. Payment and Refunds:

Payment: Payments for sessions should be made in advance through our secure payment system.

Refund Policy: If you are dissatisfied with any service, please contact us within 48 hours of the session to discuss any concerns.

We regret to inform you that refunds cannot be provided. 

5. Ethical Standards:

Professional Boundaries: We maintain strict professional boundaries to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all clients.

Conflict of Interest: Any potential conflicts of interest will be disclosed and managed appropriately to maintain integrity and trust.
